Welcome to Jyotish Didi. We strive to provide authentic and professional astrology consultation services. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or ordering products through our website, you agree to the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Consultation & Appointment Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
- Cancellation requests made within the eligible period may receive a full refund or appointment rescheduling, as preferred by the customer.
Late Cancellation
- Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion based on availability.
No-Show Policy
- If a customer fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy for Astrology Services
Due to the personalized and time-based nature of astrology consultations, horoscope analysis, tarot readings, kundli preparation, gemstone recommendations, and other spiritual guidance services:
- Refunds cannot be provided once the consultation has been completed.
- Refunds are not available based on dissatisfaction with predictions, guidance, or outcomes, as astrology is interpretative in nature.
- If a technical issue on our side prevents the consultation from taking place, we will either reschedule the session or provide a refund where applicable.
3. Refund Policy for Digital Reports
For digital products such as:
- Kundli Reports
- Horoscope Reports
- Matchmaking Reports
- Personalized Astrology Reports
No refund will be issued once the report has been generated and delivered to the customer.
4. Gemstone & Physical Product Returns
If you purchase gemstones or other physical products from our website:
Eligible Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and supporting photographs may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, energized, or specially prepared gemstones.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation by Jyotish Didi
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen reasons. In such cases:
- Customers will be informed as soon as possible.
- A full refund or alternative appointment slot will be offered.
